Total Quality Control (TQC)
To manage the process of developing future Live Service games at a high quality, a top-to-bottom approach to total quality control in the development of the product is needed. As top-to-bottom implies, it is imperative for all branches and levels of SIE to adhere to and believe in this approach. The approach in question is W. Edwards Deming’s Total Quality Management (TQM). Outlined in the visualization below are the 14 points of TQM as presented by Deming, used as a framework for implementing changes that will drive a higher quality end-product through a new quality control process and methodology.
